Engagement shoot Gansevoort Resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands
Nicole and Melissa have fallen in love with the TCI. Also, they are engaged to be married and wanted to have some engagement photos whilst enjoying their vacation here in Providenciales.
This fun young couple stayed at the Gansevoort resort. Incidentally, The Gansevoort happens to be on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach that Providenciales has to offer. In fact, the U.S. News and World Report ranks this Wymara resort #10 among luxury hotels in the Turks and Caicos.
Grace Bay
The pristine Grace Bay beach is found off the northeast coast of Providenciales. Grace Bay has actually earned the title of World’s Leading Beach Destination by the World Travel Awards. Also, Trip Advisor rates it the 2nd best beach in the world. It’s no wonder, therefore, that Nicole and Melissa, along with hundreds of others before them, have chosen it to celebrate their engagement.
The entire Grace Bay beach is consistently excellent with its clean water, white sand, no rocks, seaweed or pollution. The barrier reef, found a mile (1.6km) out, protects Grace Bay from the ocean swells of the Atlantic.

Nicole and Melissa were such a fun couple to photograph. They had clearly checked around the resort for some cool places to take the pictures so my task was made easy! First of all we took pictures around the resort and then the pool. After that we moved down to the beach. Nicole and Melissa were even keen to get their feet wet in the shallow water. I especially loved the vibrant pink of the umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach. Finally we came back up to the resort grounds and finished with some more photos by the pool.
Nicole and Melissa are thinking about celebrating their wedding next year. Hopefully, the beauty and charm of the Turks and Caicos Islands can entice them into returning to celebrate their wedding here.
