Could there be anything better than a Turks and Caicos Islands Bachelorette Party? Well, how does a Barbie themed Bachelorette Party at a luxurious villa on Grace Bay beach sound? And that’s exactly how California girl Farren and five of her favourite ladies chose to mark the occasion. Having got engaged here in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Farren knew she wanted to return with her girls to celebrate her forthcoming marriage. And we’re so glad she chose Brilliant Studios Turks and Caicos photographers to capture all the fun!
Come on Barbie, let’s go party
Villa Islander, just steps from Grace Bay beach was the girls’ chosen venue for this fun, glamour-filled Turks and Caicos Bachelorette Party. And what a fabulous choice! The modern, opulent space surrounded by tropical gardens and stunning ocean views was the perfect spot for the girls to really let their hair down together. The party began by the pool with the girls decked out in personalised bikinis, matching robes and love heart sunglasses. Indeed, the co-ordination extended to the amazing heart-shaped inflatables, pearly pink balloons and personalised decorations. The bride-to-be even had her own personalised inflatable diamond ring to lounge on!
In the Pink
While the ladies partied, sipped drinks, and played fun games by the pool, they attracted the attentions of an extra guest. Bear, the Turks and Caicos Potcake, a local dog, wanted to join in the fun! He even made an appearance in a couple of photos. Bear was definitely the only boy who was allowed at this party!
Later on, the party continued in glamorous style with a costume change. Of course, the pink theme endured as pretty pink dresses replaced the robes for the girls. In fact they even brought a set of matching personalised pink face masks to mark the occasion! Farren, however, swapped her white lacy cover up, first for a beautiful pink and white dress, and later, a stunning white gown, which she topped off with an exquisite shell crown. She looked every inch the elegant bride-to-be as she posed for some really beautiful portraits. You definitely know you’ve got bridal chic nailed when you can look that gorgeous posing in the bathtub in all your finery!
Creative flair
At Brilliant, we are well known for our creative and unique Turks and Caicos photography. So we were really pleased that Farren wanted to commemorate her Turks and Caicos Islands Bachelorette Party with some photographic flair. We absolutely love these shots of Farren and her girls floating in the pool in their party dresses. The aerial shots, taking in the party from above are particularly special. And then, Farren delighted us by asking for some underwater shots. Well we were, of course, only too happy to oblige. After all, underwater photography is one of our specialties. We love the shot of Farren’s friend in her party dress underwater, helping the bride-to-be look perfect in her photo. If that isn’t the ideal image to sum up true friendship, we don’t know what is!
