This Seven Stars family photo shoot took place a little over a week ago here in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
It was Mom who contacted us because she wanted to capture some natural photos of her young family whilst on vacation in the island of Providenciales.
As the kids were young, we decided that an afternoon shoot on Grace Bay beach would be perfect. The sun not too hot, the beach not too busy and the children hopefully not too tired.
Location
On the day of the session, we met with the family in the lobby of the Seven Stars resort. It was about an hour before sunset. We started with a couple of photos of the children in the hotel gardens before moving on to the beach.
Grace Bay beach was the perfect location for this family photo shoot. As predicted, the beach was almost deserted plus we had some beautiful afternoon light. A win-win for portrait photography!
The happiness on the kids’ faces says it all. They were enjoying being on the beach and having some fun with mom and dad. The whole family were very photogenic. My two favorite images are: the one of dad and son standing back to back looking at each other as well as the big brother’s love for his little sister sitting on the sand.
On this afternoon there was a beautiful sunset over the calm waters of Grace Bay. It was a perfect ending to the shoot for this great family. This Seven Stars family photo shoot has provided not only some great memories but also some stunning family photos to be cherished for many years to come.
