Our latest engagement shoot at Taylor Bay in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands gave us the perfect opportunity to get creative in the most beautiful surroundings. Taylor Bay’s shallow, turquoise waters, pure white sands, and rocky outcrops made the perfect stage for our ecstatic couple’s joy to really shine.
Secret proposal or engagement shoot?
Abraham had originally chosen Brilliant studios for a secret proposal shoot. He wanted us to document the moment he asked his fiancee Stephanie for her hand in marriage. However, the perfect moment for his proposal presented itself the day before our shoot while the couple were at the gazebo on neighbouring Sapodilla Bay. So, our shoot became their official engagement photo shoot instead!
Secluded and natural
Taylor Bay is known for its calm, shallow waters, and secluded, natural feel. And for this reason, we love it for romantic, intimate engagement shoots like Abraham and Stephanie’s. It’s the ideal spot for couples (and families) who like to be off the beaten track. And it’s just perfect for sunset shoots too!
Hailing from Miami, with Venezuelan roots, Abraham and Stephanie appreciate the beauty and peace they find at Taylor Bay just as much as we do. They chose to rent a vacation home there, so they didn’t need to travel far for their engagement shoot. And they already have plans to come back next year.
A creative twist
Because of the quiet location, we were able to really let our creativity flow. We even incorporated a celebratory Prosecco toast into the shoot. But of course we gave it a fun and creative twist in our unique Brilliant Studios style. Creating such a special collection of photos for Abraham and Stephanie to cherish was truly our pleasure. We wish this wonderful couple many congratulations indeed on their engagement.
